1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Visual Fidelity Studios for Universal Game Pilot, including the Universal Game Pilot desktop app, Unreal Engine plugin, documentation, downloadable files, updates, and related materials. By buying, downloading, installing, accessing, or using Universal Game Pilot, you agree to these terms.
2. What You Are Buying
You are buying a license to use Universal Game Pilot. You are not buying ownership of the Universal Game Pilot software, plugin, installer, brand, codebase, design, documentation, or other intellectual property. Visual Fidelity Studios keeps all rights not expressly granted in these terms.
3. License Tiers and Seats
Universal Game Pilot may be sold under Personal and Professional license tiers. Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, both tiers grant the same core usage rights for the software.
Universal Game Pilot is licensed per seat. One seat means one individual user may install and use the desktop app and plugin. If multiple employees, contractors, collaborators, or team members use Universal Game Pilot, each user needs their own paid seat.
If your revenue or business status changes after purchase, you do not need to upgrade solely because of that later change unless a separate written agreement or product page requirement says otherwise.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Universal Game Pilot for your own game development, software development, prototyping, testing, documentation, and related Unreal Engine workflows.
You may commercially distribute projects you create with help from Universal Game Pilot, including games, applications, rendered media, screenshots, videos, builds, and project-specific assets, as long as Universal Game Pilot itself is not distributed as a standalone product or extractable tool.
5. Collaborators and Teams
You may share project files and outputs with collaborators working on your project. You may not share the Universal Game Pilot installer, plugin files, desktop app, license credentials, confirmation number, private download links, or source files with collaborators unless each collaborator is properly licensed. You are responsible for your collaborators' compliance with these terms.
6. Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, publish, upload, mirror, or redistribute Universal Game Pilot as a standalone product.
- You may not make Universal Game Pilot available through a public repository, file-sharing service, marketplace, torrent, or package registry.
- You may not bypass licensing, payment, download, authentication, security, or access-control systems.
- You may not use Universal Game Pilot to create malware, infringe third-party rights, violate platform terms, or break applicable law.
- You may not combine Universal Game Pilot with code or content in a way that would require Universal Game Pilot itself to be relicensed under open-source or copyleft terms.
7. Downloads, Confirmation Numbers, and Updates
After purchase, you may receive a confirmation number and a private download link. Keep your confirmation number somewhere safe. It may be required to generate a fresh download link or access future downloads.
Download links are temporary and may expire, be revoked, or be replaced for security reasons. We may provide updates, fixes, or new builds, but we do not guarantee that every prior version will remain available forever.
You are responsible for backing up installers, project files, and production work that you need to keep.
8. Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment provider terms may also apply. Unless required by law, all sales are final after purchase and download access is issued.
9. Third-Party Services and Tools
Universal Game Pilot works with third-party tools and services such as Unreal Engine, Epic Games services, OpenAI services, Cloudflare, Stripe, and other software you choose to use. Those third-party products are governed by their own terms. Universal Game Pilot does not include an OpenAI subscription, OpenAI API usage, Unreal Engine license, Epic account, or third-party service entitlement unless explicitly stated.
10. Generated Output and Your Projects
As between you and Visual Fidelity Studios, you own your own game projects, project-specific assets, prompts, and outputs you create using Universal Game Pilot, except for any Universal Game Pilot software, plugin code, templates, examples, branding, or proprietary materials included in those outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated or automated changes before using them in production.
11. No Warranties
Universal Game Pilot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every project, compatible with every Unreal Engine version, or suitable for every production workflow. You are responsible for backups, source control, testing, and review before accepting or shipping any changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Fidelity Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost projects, business interruption, or production delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Universal Game Pilot is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
13. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you materially violate these terms. After termination, you must stop using Universal Game Pilot and delete any copies of the installer, app, plugin, and related licensed materials in your possession. Termination does not affect your ownership of your own projects, but it does end your right to keep using Universal Game Pilot.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to new purchases, new downloads, and future use after the update is posted. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that purchase unless you accept updated terms or applicable law requires otherwise.
